Auriemma: "Those who spoke of September for stadium and sports center were mistaken about the year"
Regarding the stadium and sports center projects, journalist Raffaele Auriemma shared his concerns on Stile Tv, noting the absence of tangible progress despite numerous announcements and circulated dates. He expressed his dismay not at the President's ability to realize the projects, but at the absurd surrounding discourse.
Auriemma described President Aurelio De Laurentiis's activities, including his culinary tours, and then criticized individuals who previously surrounded him and now appear to have achieved nothing. He specifically highlighted those who had vowed that construction would commence on September 1st, questioning whether it was for the current year or a past one. He finds it disheartening that such unfounded promises are made, emphasizing that while professionals in this field should be cautious with timelines, these missteps lead to embarrassment. He contrasted the nature of his own work with the competence required to execute such endeavors.
