Monza in Emergency Mode Ahead of Inter Clash, Juric Highlights Injury and Market Woes

Monza's manager, Ivan Juric, has voiced considerable apprehension regarding the team's current situation in anticipation of their upcoming away match against Inter Milan at San Siro. He stated, "We are in a state of great emergency right now due to injuries and the transfer market. There are significant deficits, but the lads are doing great things. Inter are on another planet; they've been playing like this for years. The concepts are always the same."

The team is grappling with several key absences. Captain Pessina is sidelined for two to three months, and Touré is also injured and has been unable to commence training.

Despite these setbacks, Juric remains resolute, declaring, "We will face Inter with our heads held high." He declined to comment on specific players like Massolin and Asslani. Addressing the fans directly, he urged them to "stay very united and try to save ourselves. I want a change in mentality. We want to forge a beautiful path."

"If certain players arrive late, it will be more complicated," Juric added. "I always expect more, now we hope to finish well. I'm going my own way; we have hungry young players and veterans eager to improve. We are working on all concepts, including physical ones. We won't sit back, and we don't want to concede too much. Cutrone can give us a big hand as a second striker. We won't go to San Siro to defend, but to try."
