Following a successful engagement with fans in Bangkok, Thailand, during the FIVB Women’s Volleyball World Championship, the highly anticipated FIVB Volleyball Experience is now heading to the Philippines. Presented by SM Mall of Asia, this interactive fan zone is set to create an unforgettable connection between enthusiasts and the sport, coinciding with the FIVB Men’s Volleyball World Championship 2025.
The event will be hosted at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, one of the two primary venues for the upcoming Men’s World Championship.
Access is open to both event ticket holders and the general public during specific hours:
September 19-26: 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM (local time)
September 27-28: 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM (local time)
Inside the Volleyball Experience, attendees will discover a rich blend of exhibitions and interactive activities that highlight the sport’s vibrant history, dynamism, and excitement. Beyond numerous engaging volleyball challenges, the zone will feature displays of team uniforms and a collection of iconic volleyballs, ranging from the official Men’s World Championship game ball to memorable Olympic balls from Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, encompassing both indoor and beach volleyball disciplines.
Interactive activities are designed to engage fans of all ages. The experience includes a dedicated court for children and two courts for adults. During specific periods, one of the adult courts will be converted for sitting volleyball, offering visitors a unique opportunity to try this Paralympic discipline.
The fan zone will also celebrate the sport`s elite athletes. Striking LED screens and player-inspired artwork will feature detailed profiles of competing international stars, including their height and maximum reach for attacks and blocks. Fans can test their own power at the thrilling spike speed challenge, measuring their hitting velocity.
Building on its highly successful debut in Thailand, where it created a festive atmosphere of discovery and entertainment, the Volleyball Experience now comes to the Philippines. With SM Mall of Asia`s invaluable support, this unique activation will allow Filipino fans to truly immerse themselves in the sport, experiencing it firsthand in the same vibrant environment as their volleyball idols.
