Gian Piero Gasperini spoke to DAZN, discussing the team's needs and the performances of his players.

Regarding Rodrigo Mora: "We are looking at an extraordinary talent. At 19, he has already played two seasons, winning with Porto and scoring ten goals two years ago. He is a developing player with important personality, and even with a slight physical dip, he consistently makes something happen when he touches the ball."

On Mora's work rate without the ball: "He has excellent athletic values and is a useful player who can operate in various positions. He possesses real footballing talent. While there's still work to be done, especially considering he's only been with the team for five days, he has shown great potential and will bring us significant satisfaction."

On the team's mentality and new signings: "The mentality of this group is fantastic. They have started this season with the same drive as last year, building on our previous growth. The players, including Dybala, Pellegrini, Cristante, and Hermoso, are committed to playing for Roma. New arrivals like Rodrigo Mora have shown great desire to be here, understanding the environment and wanting to express themselves."

On Paulo Dybala's form and impact: "Absolutely. At 32, Dybala is at his physical and technical peak. While his speed might have slightly decreased, he remains one of the very best in our league, if not the best. He is in good health and playing well. Last year, he was unlucky with injuries, but his preparation this year has been top-notch. He's more resilient, and his performance showed he can play extended minutes and remain a key player. He is clearly among the top players in our league."

On the transfer market and squad depth: "This year, we've been good at bringing in the right players for the right positions. However, we still need to strengthen the squad numerically. Looking at the schedule after the international break, which includes the league, Champions League, and Coppa Italia, we will undoubtedly need more players. A few additional signings are absolutely necessary to face the season without risking difficulties, as we experienced last year when we lost several players simultaneously."
