When questioned about his formation choices and in-game substitutions, Paulo Fonseca, the manager of Lyon and former AC Milan coach, gave a sharp retort to the press present in the room following the French club's elimination from the Champions League by Turkish side Fenerbahce: "It's always the same question. I'm used to it. What can I tell you? It's very easy to talk after the match. Maybe the reason is that I'm a crappy coach."
