Following Frosinone's narrow defeat against Juventus in their season debut at the Benito Stirpe stadium, defender Ilario Monterisi shared his thoughts on the team's performance with the press. He spoke about the regrets over chances missed in the closing stages – including a shot that hit the crossbar – and the need to improve their approach in the first half. Monterisi also provided an update on the team's development and the integration of new teammates.

Is it a source of pride to end the match against Juventus with regrets?

"Yes, we did well to keep it open until the end. We certainly need to be more clinical."

Did you struggle against a strong Juventus for 60 minutes?

"They are a very physical team, but I am very happy with what we did. We could have given up, but instead, we created a chance to equalize. Great groups, great teams might not even create those chances. I'm happy, but we will definitely work to improve our performance in the first half."

This is a transitional phase, how are you experiencing this moment?

"We are certainly helping the new players integrate here in Frosinone. They are intelligent and willing lads. They have already integrated well, and we show them what needs to be done day by day."

Is anything missing in the transfer market?

"I am not required to answer that; the club will certainly handle it."
